When will I get my order?
On average, expect 2 to 5 business days in Canada and up to 9 in the United States. You will be provided with a tracking number.
What are the freebees?
These could be almost anything...many times, it's an extra piece of jewelry. Your first order comes with more than one freebee.
What if I get the wrong order? Or if something is wrong with it?
Let's hope not because I am the one packing it! lol. This is a small business and that means more personal attention. More care is put into what is done. But if you do somehow get the wrong order, or something isn't right, send me pictures within 7 days and I will resolve it with you.
Does it come gift ready?
I package items in high quality pouches but if you would like me to add a tag with a message, let me know. Depending on the gift, it may be placed in a larger white satin bag.
How often do new items get added?
Weekly. So make sure to check back and peek in the new arrivals tab.
What are limited edition items?
Those are items where I have limited manufacturing supplies, or they are items I made on the fly or curated and have no way of replicating it or ordering it again.
What do you mean by pop ups?
Paper Butterflies. Sometimes I have them on hand, sometimes I make them, and sometimes I put them in the order. I will announce on the website when this is happening. So if you don't like those kinds of flying out surprises, let me know.
