I pack each order personally and make sure items are correct, undamaged and protected from possible carrier issues.  If however, an item has been damaged in transport, let me know  via email at info@pixieblingwireandthings.com with an attached photo within 7 days of receipt and I will review the case and work with you to resolve the issue. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All custom, sale and clearance items are final sale.
